There are no ice-cream vans here, but these little trolleys are everywhere, selling a selection of ice-cream bars and ice-pops, usually with extra layers of newspaper insulation under the lid to make up for the lack of a working freezer. Also absent is the annoying jingle that accompanies ice-cream vans, they do have a hand rung bell, but thankfully it isn´t as loud!
