...not casual everyday, because that would be a waste of my interview clothes, but basically incorporating my whole wardrobe into my work wardrobe so I don't need a separate set of clothes.
The suit situation isn't an issue anymore, as I have replaced it with more versatile pieces, I think now that I am (look) older what I wear isn't as important in how the students perceive me (and this may also vary with the school I am in), and I am happier now with my smaller wardrobe, so wouldn't want to have separate work clothes.
The challenge now is to pare my wardrobe down a little more and make the pieces more versatile so I need less. For example my pencil skirt is not ideal for on the bike, so an a-line version would get more wear.
